Additions and Renovations
Wish to revamp your current home?
We will assist you in remodelling and renovating the interior and/or exterior of your home. We will conduct a site visit to determine the scope of work, and then provide you with a detailed budget with everything you need. We also do major and minor additions, providing you with all architectural and engineering plans for permit submissions.
OUR PROCESS
Land Acquisition & Permits
With our long standing relationships with local real estate professionals we’ll help you find the perfect lot and ensure it’s perfect for your needs. To confirm that your desired project is feasible we’ll do everything from bringing in consultants (such as surveyors and soil engineers), and communicate with municipalities for any zoning changes. We will also handle all permit applications and communication with municipalities.
Home Design
We have built strong working relationships with experienced, professional architects and interior designers. Once retained we will collaborate closely with your architect to create a beautiful custom home that checks all your boxes while staying within your budget.
Project Management
Our project coordinator will obtain subcontractor and vendor bids based on your approval and confirm the overall budget with you. The advantage of working with us is we will deal with all contractors and subcontractors including all scheduling and tracking expenses.
Home Construction
We handle all aspects of construction by being a point of contact for all contractors, consultants, vendors and municipality agents. All construction is overseen by the project manager who will be present on site daily ensuring all work is completed to specifications and designs
On-Going Care
Your relationship with Hanna Homes Construction doesn’t end on your move-in day. We provide Tarion Warranty that will make home maintenance worry-free
